AwakenDestiny.org promotes the humanitarian initiatives of the Awaken Destiny foundation by providing information, services, and ways to support our work.

All content on this site (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Awaken Destiny or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated or expressly authorized in writing.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. It is prohibited to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the site
• Impersonate any person or entity

This site may contain links to third-party sites for your convenience. Awaken Destiny has no control over these sites and disclaims responsibility for their content or practices.

Gifts made through this site are voluntary, non-profit contributions. They are final: no refund may be requested, including when a specific project supported by your gift cannot be completed.

Tax deductibility

AWAKEN DESTINY is a Belgian private foundation and is not approved to issue tax certificates: donations do not qualify for a tax deduction. We are exploring ways to make this possible for our donors.

100% of donations received are allocated to projects carried out in Cameroon. Only payment fees (Stripe) and bank charges are deducted by providers; the foundation takes no operating fee, its administrative costs being borne by the founders.

If the intended project fails, is abandoned, or cannot be completed, collected funds are reallocated to other humanitarian projects carried out on the ground, in line with the foundation's mission. Donors will be informed whenever possible.

Online payments are processed by Stripe, an international payment provider. Awaken Destiny does not store your bank details. How payment data is handled is set out in our Privacy policy.

Circle of 5

The Circle of 5 is a recurring monthly contribution programme. Membership remains a voluntary, non-profit contribution: it is not the sale of a commercial service, nor a subscription that entitles you to financial consideration.

You may cancel your participation at any time through the secure Stripe customer portal (link sent by email after joining). Months already charged are not refundable. Cancellation stops future charges.

Benefits associated with the Circle (regular project updates, access to a member space, mobilisation tools) are community and informational facilities. They create no contractual right to a status, payment, or material benefit.

Inviting others (referral link, forming a circle) is strictly voluntary. No payment, commission, or financial reward is provided for recruiting new members. Any recognition (honorary titles, builders' wall) is discretionary and may change.

Public display of a circle name, profile, or builders' wall presence only occurs with your explicit opt-in.

Sponsorship

Contributions to the sponsorship programme (including for the Homework School) are likewise voluntary gifts—final and non-refundable—and subject to the same non-refund and reallocation rules as other online gifts. Progress updates shared with donors are indicative and do not create a right to commercial consideration.

CSR Partner

The CSR Partner programme is a recurring corporate commitment (Essential, Engagement or Impact tiers). It is a voluntary non-profit contribution paid via Stripe, not the sale of a commercial service. Associated deliverables (reports, communication assets, mentions) are documentary and informational facilities; they create no right to financial consideration.

At this time, AWAKEN DESTINY cannot issue a tax receipt or fiscal attestation in Belgium. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe portal. Periods already charged are not refundable.

The collection and use of personal data on this site is governed by our Privacy policy. By using this site, you consent to this collection in accordance with our policies.

Awaken Destiny strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Under no circumstances shall the foundation be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of this site.

Awaken Destiny reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of updates through the site, and it is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Belgium and, where relevant, by international law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in Belgium.
