Projects in Cameroon are implemented by the AWAKEN DESTINY association, a Cameroonian-law association duly registered under receipt No. 000035/RDA/J06/SAAJP/BAPP of 20 February 2023, with its seat in Nkolmesseng, Mébé-city, Yaoundé. The foundation and the association are two legally distinct and independent legal persons, linked by a partnership agreement. The foundation carries out no operational activity and holds no establishment in Cameroon.

The publication director is David Herreman, for the Awaken Destiny Foundation.

The site was designed, developed and is technically operated by SamionX (samionx.com), the trading name under which David Herreman operates as a natural-person enterprise registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE No. 0725.475.371, active enterprise).
