Before you report
What happens next?
The focal point reads your message. If it is not anonymous, an acknowledgement is sent within five working days. The report is recorded in a confidential, access-restricted register. We discuss it only with people designated to handle it; we do not investigate “on the fly” with third parties, and we do not confront the person implicated without a proper framework.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes. Check “Remain anonymous”: name and email are not requested. After you send, a reference code is shown — keep it so you can refer to the report later.
Is there a risk of retaliation?
No. You will not lose your aid, your job, or your place in our activities because you reported a concern. Retaliation is itself a serious misconduct.
What if my report concerns leadership?
If your report concerns the focal point, the presidency or a board member, an independent channel outside management is required. We do not yet have such a channel; it is planned to be set up soon.
