Where does my donation go?

100% of donations received are allocated to projects carried out in Cameroon. Only payment fees (Stripe) and bank charges are deducted by providers; the foundation takes no operating fee, its administrative costs being borne by the founders. Every purchase is justified: a receipt or proof is always required.

Can I donate every month?

Yes. You can choose a one-time donation or a monthly donation with no commitment. Monthly membership can be cancelled anytime from your secure member portal (Stripe).

Is my donation tax-deductible?

Is payment secure?

Yes. Online payments go through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified platform that handles encryption, compliance, and 3D Secure. We never store your card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, iDEAL, and SEPA direct debit for monthly donations. You can also donate by bank transfer (Belfius IBAN shown on this page).

Can I cancel my monthly support?

Yes, free of charge and at any time. Go to the “Manage my monthly support” page and enter the email used when you joined to access your Stripe portal.

Are contributions refundable?

No. These are non-profit voluntary contributions, final and non-refundable. If the intended project cannot be completed, funds are reallocated to other field activities (see our terms and conditions).
