Where does my investment go?

100% of funds go directly to our projects on the ground in Cameroon: food aid, clean water, schooling, vocational training, and tools toward self-reliance. No fees are deducted from your contribution.

Can I invest every month?

Yes. You can choose a one-time contribution or a monthly investment with no commitment. Monthly membership can be cancelled anytime from your secure member portal (Stripe).

Is payment secure?

Yes. Online payments go through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified platform that handles encryption, compliance, and 3D Secure. We never store your card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bancontact, iDEAL, and SEPA direct debit for monthly contributions. You can also invest by bank transfer (Belfius IBAN shown on this page).

Can I cancel my monthly support?

Yes, free of charge and at any time. Go to the “Manage my monthly support” page and enter the email used when you joined to access your Stripe portal.

Are contributions refundable?

No. These are non-profit voluntary contributions, final and non-refundable. If the intended project cannot be completed, funds are reallocated to other field activities (see our terms and conditions).
