The challenge
Without a machine, no self-reliance
In our Yaoundé workshop, women learn to sew with patience and dignity. They regain confidence, master a trade, and rediscover the will to act.
But training alone is not enough: it is the sewing machine at home that turns a skill into income. Without that tool, know-how stays locked in the workshop — and self-reliance still waits.
Each machine given is repaid through staggered micro-credit. What is repaid funds the next machine. Your donation does not stop with one person: it starts a chain.
